Dr. Holly Ruocco is a 1995 Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. After school I started my own practice in Glendale AZ. In June of 1999, I moved home to the community I had grown up in and have been practicing in Salem, NH ever since. I have cared for infants and elderly and have a passion for teaching and helping people reach their maximum potential through natural, non invasive means. In the summer of 2008, I discovered a breakthrough technology and decided it would be an incredible technology to bring to New England. October 2008 we opened our doors at Advanced Allergy Centers. We are the first office and only office in New England to offer three breakthrough technologies to the people in our community. Our practitioners are the most experienced and provide the best quality service. Our patients are treated like family. It has proven to be amazing as we are helping people with symptoms associated with allergies and sensitivities when everything has failed. Daily, I am amazed and pleased to hear the incredible success stories. I am married with a daughter Sarah and we live in Hampstead, NH. In my spare time I enjoy throwing pottery at Healing Touch Pottery in Hampstead NH, building terrariums and carving gourds and speaking to groups of people who are dedicated to improving their lives using natural, alternative methods.
Lynn H. Mirisola, RN, HN-BC brings 27 years of nursing experience to our practice. Lynn received her Diploma in nursing from Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital in Syracuse, NY. In addition, she is a Board Certified Holistic Nurse obtaining her Holistic Nurse training from Birch Tree Center for Healthcare Transformation in Florence MA. Lynn’s nursing background includes caring for multiple age groups; pediatrics through geriatrics. Her nursing practice is grounded in wellness and prevention. Lynn’s philosophy is that many of the illnesses, diseases and injuries we encounter can be prevented, through education and learning to take care of our “whole selves”, which include body ,mind, and spirit.
Seeking out holistic ways to help with her own seasonal allergies and sleep disturbances, she found our Advanced Allergy Center, after one treatment she was able to sleep, and all of her seasonal allergy symptoms disappeared within 12 hours. She joined Advanced Allergy Centers in June 2011 and has started seeing patients in our Salem office.
Lynn is married and is a mother of 2 children, ages 18, & 21 and lives in Cape Neddick ME. Lynn has been an avid athlete most of her life, amongst her favorites; running, biking, swimming, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing and Yoga. Lynn incorporates her love for athletics with charity events including ,the Pan Mass Challenge ride for cancer, Ride for MS, Diabetes Ride, Prouty Bike Ride benefiting the Norris Cotton Cancer Center at Dartmouth. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her children, cooking, sewing, knitting and gardening.
Suzanne Duval, RN. My name is Suzanne Duval. I have a BA in Political Science and a BS in Nursing, Cum Laude, from Saint Anselm College. I also received certification in Montessori Education for 3-6 year olds. I have been interested in Holistic Medicine for a long time and have raised my three children with this philosophy. I started working at Advanced Allergy Treatment Centers of New England in June 2009. I am amazed at how this technology has helped people.
Dr. Jane M Salem, DC graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1993. Since the start of practice 18 years ago, having worked in New York and Nevada, I have had the honor treating thousands of people with a multitude of pain, problems and health issues.
Getting to the root of the problem is always the best solution and not merely covering up a symptom.
Over these many years it has been amazing to see the transformation in people as they understand how important spinal care is and how directly it effects their nervous system and their health.

My name is Deanna Sicard, and I am the Office Manager at Advanced Allergy Centers and Chiropractic First. I have been blessed with the opportunity to work with Dr. Holly for 14 years in the chiropractic office. I have been with Advanced Allergy Centers since we opened our doors in 2008. My family and I first met Dr. Holly Ruocco as patients in her chiropractic office 14 years ago. Having worked alongside her, she has shared her knowledge about many different types of natural health alternatives. Now I have a passion and a purpose as well, and that is to help bring optimal health to the families in our community through natural health alternatives. My job at Advanced Allergy Centers is to keep the office running smoothly, allowing the practitioners to continue to do what they do best, and that is to help the people in our community to find relief from the stressors causing health related issues through this natural, non invasive treatment. As Office Manager, it is my goal to make your experience in our office the best that it can be. I will greet you at the front desk with a smile, answer your questions, and help coordinate your appointments.

Kay Barretto, Health and Wellness Advocate Kay has worked for Dr. Holly Ruocco and Chiropractic First since August 2008, having been a patient for three years, and is now also part of the team at Advanced Allergy Centers. As our Health and Wellness Advocate, Kay’s primary focus is community outreach and program development. She is a co-chair of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce Health Resources Committee, as well many other community initiatives. Kay has been a resident of Salem, NH since 1988. She and her husband Steve have two children, Jarrod and Gloria.
